Aunque cada vez son menos los prejuicios, aún seguimos sintiendo algo de reparo a la hora de pensar en el peeling como método de limpieza para preparar nuestra piel, por eso, hoy queremos dar luz a la necesidad de incorporar el peeling a nuestra rutina semanal.
¿Por qué es importante el peeling?
Realizar peelings semanales ayuda a eliminar células muertas y permitir que nuestro tratamiento diario penetre con mayor facilidad.
Su buen uso aumenta la luminosidad de la piel, unifica el tono y la textura y tiene resultados visibles tras cada aplicación.
Puede realizarse en todo tipo de pieles, con productos más suaves y más espaciados en el caso de pieles sensibles y dos veces a la semana en el caso de pieles seborreicas o acnéicas.
Su función limpia los poros y mejora la humectación de la piel combatiendo el antienvejecimiento y acelerando la síntesis de colágeno.
¿Qué tipo de peelings hay?
Tenemos exfoliasteis físicos o mecánicos. El scrub que utiliza una textura granulada como método de arrastre; el gommage que es una goma que dejamos secar; el jabón con diferentes tipos de activos y puede utilizarse con el cepillo manual o eléctrico con la conocida técnica del brossage o el peel off como nuestro tratamiento de cabina profesional Rose de Mer. Los peelings químicos pueden tener base de ácidos o con enzimas vegetales o frutales.
¿Cuál es el mejor para mi piel?
- Tanto en pieles secas jóvenes o maduras, podemos optar por el scrub o el gommage.
- En pieles combinadas: Scrub, gommage o peeling de ácidos.
- Y por último, en pieles seborreicas o acnéicas jóvenes podemos utilizar: Jabón exfolian, scrub si no hay acné, peeling de ácidos o peel off. Y en el caso de pieles maduras: Peeling de ácidos, scrub si no hay acné o jabón exfoliante.

Para utilizarlo, introduce el jabón en agua tibia, una vez reblandecido, coloca un poco del jabón en la punta de los dedos y masajea la piel durante uno o dos minutos.
Es importante saber que el uso de este jabón puede causar sensaciones de picor o enrojecimiento menores y temporales provocados por el polvo de coral natural.
Comodex Scrub & Smooth Exfoliator
Este exfoliante suave especializado en pieles seborreicas o acnéicas, de textura suave y cremosa, elimina la suciedad y los residuos de sebo en los poros, dejando la piel uniforme y sin exceso de brillo. Para utilizarlo, aplica una capa uniforme y déjala actuar hasta que esté completamente seco. Retíralo con movimientos ascendentes y enjuágalo con agua tibia.
Recuerda no utilizarlo si tu piel tiene acné activo.
Con pequeños micro-cristales, estimula, rejuvenece y elimina las células muertas. Su extracto de menta enfría y calma la piel. Exfolia de forma delicada eliminando el estrato córneo superior para una piel suave. Puede utilizarse una o dos veces por semana sobre el rostro húmedo evitando el contorno de ojos.
Para ello, masajea durante dos minutos sobre el rostro y aclara con agua tibia o retira con una toalla húmeda.

Para utilizarlo de forma adecuada se debe aplicar dos veces por semana sobre el rostro, el cuello y el escote, dejar actuar de 3 a 5 minutos, según la reacción de tu piel y retirar con un paño húmedo.
